4. Intellectual Property

Generated QR Codes: QR codes generated using our service are considered your intellectual property. You retain all rights to the content and data encoded in your QR codes.

QR Code Technology: The underlying QR code technology and standards are not owned by Ez QR Code and are subject to their respective licensing terms.

5. Privacy and Data

Client-Side Processing: All QR code generation occurs locally in your web browser. Your data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

No Data Retention: We do not store, save, or retain any information you enter for QR code generation. Your data is processed temporarily and discarded immediately.

Privacy Policy: Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Service Availability

Service Continuity: We strive to provide continuous access to Ez QR Code, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

No Warranties: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: Ez QR Code shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
